Mother and Daughter Collection

24K Gold Encased Blown Glass Pendants
on Multi-Strand Neckpiece with Rhodium Plated Sterling Silver Clasp

A pendant pair from the Mother and Daughter collection reflects the delicate nature of flowers in 24K Gold encased Blown Glass. The marvel of encased gold is unsurpassed. Each pendant pair is one of a kind like the relationship of a Mother and Daughter; together the pendants blossom in perfect formation.

24K Gold appears as we usually view rich 24K Gold when on a dark background and will appear as a marvelous pink on a light background.  The gold in this work will appear entirely differently depending on your choice of clothing or your skin tone.

Now and forever,

every woman born

is blessed

to be a daughter.

Our Journey

My mother gave me roots and wings. She was the woman who loved to watch me, as a child, climb the large pine trees outside our kitchen window. I knew those branches very well. Some were so fragile they would bend and break, but the danger was thrilling. My mother watched, protecting without restricting, never expressing her fears. It seemed we were climbing together. Years later she would remind me, "You climbed the highest." Years later, I would have the realization that in her love she allowed me my own journey.

My Mother  My Daughter

My mother. My daughter. Myself. I stand in the empty space of my dream and gently pull both of them into the circle of my arms. My teachers. My critics. My support system. My friends. My mother. My daughter. Without them, I could not be me.

The 'I Look at You' Mother and Daughter Pair have been sold.

I Look at You

Suddenly they both become very serious...." I Look at you ... at your grace and your beauty and I think this is my joy. You seem so miraculous. If I were to create a daughter, any daughter in the world, it would be you. If I had all the parts and added some arms, legs, some soul, whatever I wanted, you are what I would come up with."

Speaking for Every Mother

"Well," Ann says, speaking for every mother, "you will always be first and foremost my daughter, and second, the mother of your children. I had you first and you are still mine."
